Double Cross Match: St Albans v Harrow
The annual match took place at The County Club on Monday 30th June 2025.
This year's match was played over 24 boards with a time control of 20 minutes plus 5 seconds per move.
The toss for colours was won by Harrow who took white on odd boards and colours were reversed for the second round.
At half time players enjoyed drinks in the bar and a generous finger buffet.
St Albans scored particularly well in round one, and Harrow similarly in round 2 although not sufficient to overcome the deficit.
